We listen
We speak directly with teachers, school leaders, MATs and local authorities about the work that takes time, money or attention away from children.
How we work
We spend our time doing two things: building the product and speaking to schools. Those conversations help us understand where we can make the greatest difference for educators, learners and school leaders.
Schools decide what we build.
Not trends. Not feature lists. Real problems.
Our test
We build a first version that solves a clear problem and delivers value straight away, then develop it with the schools using it.
We speak directly with teachers, school leaders, MATs and local authorities about the work that takes time, money or attention away from children.
We discuss each new problem with our customers to understand its impact and agree which problems to focus on.
We put that first version into real hands, learn what delivers value and improve it from there, with schools still in the conversation.
What that means
A feature is only useful if it removes a clear barrier, saves meaningful time or makes something better for a pupil.
Technology bought for everyone should not end up usable by only a handful of confident staff.
The relationship does not end when a school pays. Feedback, support and continued improvement are part of the product.
“We discuss each new problem with our customers and agree together which problems to focus on. We build a first version, learn from the schools using it and improve it together.”
The best place for a new product to begin is a real conversation.
